Hello, I am Jessica. For those of you that don’t know me, I’ve been living in my apartment for almost 5 years on my own with my daughter, Leighton, who’s 8 years old.

I need help paying $862 of rent for November before December 1st! So I have about 10 days to pay that amount; if not, I have to find a way to move me and my daughter somewhere. That is not simple because I don’t have many people I can just move with, and I want to move into something affordable, with affordable housing. But I haven’t been able to speak to anyone with Ann Arbor Housing Commission, so that is a process in itself.

So, if I can raise about $100 a day and pay that by the 10th, then we will be good. Any further money is appreciated for any other bills and next month's rent too. I do currently work and have been there for over 2 years, so I do consistently work 5 days a week, and this is truly going to help me with this month and keep us from living who knows where if evicted. Anything helps and everyone is so kind to help me with this and everything I’ve been going through lately. ❤️
