Our family is living a nightmare no one should ever have to endure. My beloved sister, Jessica, is bravely fighting for her life after suffering complications from a past surgery that went tragically wrong. The impact has been devastating, leaving her in critical condition and in need of life-saving surgery.

Jessica’s journey has been unimaginably harrowing. She has endured multiple seizures, became unresponsive, and had to be resuscitated—spending several days in the ICU fighting to survive. Now, she relies on a feeding tube and is struggling to stabilise her electrolytes and regain weight.

Initially misdiagnosed as anorexic, further investigations revealed that her stomach is irreparably damaged and must be removed. Jessica faces months of building her strength before undergoing this complex, life-altering surgery, which will determine her future.

This crisis has taken an immense toll—not only on Jessica’s health but on her husband, Adam, and their two children. With Jessica unable to work during her recovery and medical expenses piling up alongside everyday bills like rent and utilities, her family is under unimaginable financial and emotional strain.
