My name is Jessica and I am 44 years old. I am a working wife and a mother. My weight loss journey has been my entire life. I am now finally in my maintenance stage. I have lost 350 lbs from my highest weight.

On October 28th, 2025, I had an extremely large hernia repair, extended panniculectomy, and a fleur-de-lis (FDL). They removed 11.5 lbs of skin.

Originally, the plan was to go in and just get the hernia repaired, and then at a later date, get skin removal surgery. But because of where my hernia was and how large it was, they needed to do the extended panniculectomy and FDL.

I still have to get my backside done. The plan was to go in and get a lower body 360 lift, and then an upper body lift. Now I will be looking at getting my thighs and back bra line lifted, arms, and a breast lift.

All of these things are out-of-pocket; insurance will not pay for them. They also did not pay for my extended panniculectomy or FDL.
