My name is Nathalia Celeita, and I am reaching out from Canada with a broken heart for my beloved sister, Jessica, who lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Jessica is a loving and resilient single mother to her 7-year-old daughter, who is her entire world. For months, our family's life has been a nightmare of painful episodes and high fevers, leading to numerous terrifying trips to the emergency room. After this agonizing journey, and thanks to the unwavering support of her friend Daniela, Laura and my older sister Stefany, we received a devastating diagnosis: Jessica has a massive 17mm kidney stone that is obstructing her kidney, causing uncontrollable pain, dangerous fevers, and severe dehydration.

Through all of this suffering, she has still had to be a superhero caring for her daughter, taking her to school, and trying to work whenever she could to make ends meet. The strength she has shown is beyond measure.

Now, the crisis has deepened. She recently had a stent placed to help her kidney drain, and hopefully have a second surgery to remove the stone in 15 days from now, but the pain it causes is unbearable. The suffering has become so intense that last night, she expressed that she did not want to live anymore. Hearing those words has shattered me. Her spirit is breaking under the weight of this pain and the overwhelming fear of the future.

As a single mother without a stable job, Jessica has no safety net. We are now facing a mountain of hospital bills, the cost of essential medications, and the terrifying reality that she cannot pay for next month's rent or food for her child. We are terrified she will lose her home in the middle of this fight for her health.

I am creating this fundraiser as a lifeline. The funds raised will go directly to Jessica to cover:

Critical Medical Expenses: The immense costs of her hospital stays, the necessary surgery to remove the stone, and her medications. (Estimated: $40,000)

Basic Survival: Rent, utilities, and food for her and daughter for the 2-3 months she will be unable to work during her recovery and treatment. (Estimated: $10,000)
