Help Jessi Get a Liver Transplant & Post-Operative Care

Jessi Trego is 33 years old — a mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend who has always lived a healthy, active life. She is one of the most outgoing, charismatic people most of us know. She is the mom of two young daughters — energetic, smart, and full of life — who need their mother home with them.

In September 2025, Jessi was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. While learning to navigate that diagnosis, her health took a sudden and devastating turn. Just two months later, she developed critically high liver enzymes and was hospitalized. After extensive testing, doctors diagnosed atypical autoimmune hepatitis — a rare condition where the body attacks its own liver without a known cause.

Jessi’s condition progressed rapidly. She is currently hospitalized in the ICU, where she has been for the past several days. Her condition has worsened, and she has now been listed as Status 1A for a liver transplant — the highest emergency transplant status possible. This means she urgently needs a new liver to survive.

Doctors expect:
• A liver transplant as soon as an organ becomes available
• 7–10 days in the ICU after receiving the new liver
• Step-down to a regular medical floor once stable
• 24-hour care at home for 1–2 months after discharge
• A recovery period of up to one year

The road ahead is long. And the emotional and financial burden is enormous.

Funds raised will help cover:
• ICU and hospital medical costs
• Transplant surgery and post-transplant care
• Medications and specialist follow-up
• In-home nursing and medical support
• Childcare for her two daughters

Jessi’s only job right now is to fight for her life. Her family’s job is to support her. This fundraiser helps make that possible.

If you can donate, thank you.
If you can share, thank you.
Every action helps bring Jessi home to her daughters and family.

With love and gratitude.
