It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I share this. Yesterday, (10.23.2025) my brother Jesse, known lovingly by so many as Coop, left this earth far too soon.
Cooper was one of the strongest men on this planet. For five years, he bravely fought kidney disease, never letting it take his spirit or his will to live. He loved life deeply and found his greatest joy in spending time with his daughter, Jasey, his wife, Amy, and their dog, Precious. Whether he was enjoying his hobbies or simply being with his family, Coop made the most of every moment. He was eager for more life and lived every day determined to keep going.
Over the past three weeks, he faced another fight with severe, life-threatening pneumonia and a blood infection that landed him in the ICU. True to form, he battled with everything he had and was finally cleared to go home on Wednesday morning. That night, he spent time with his family, embracing Jasey, watching scary movies, chatting, and laughing. It brings us comfort to know his final evening was filled with love, laughter, and togetherness.
Tragically, the next morning things took a turn. Despite tremendous efforts to save him, Jesse passed away. Our hearts are shattered, but we hold onto the silver lining that he was surrounded by the people, and pup, who loved him most.
Amy, Jasey (12), and Precious are now facing a heartbreaking new reality without their husband, father, and best friend. As they navigate this unimaginable loss, we’re asking for support to help ease the financial burden that comes with such a sudden passing.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will help with funeral expenses, immediate household needs, and future education costs for Jasey. If you’re unable to give, please consider sharing this link to help spread the word. Every gesture of kindness means more than words can express.
Our families are deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and support being sent our way. Service information will be shared soon.
Thank you for helping us honor Cooper - a man who truly loved life, fought hard for it, and will forever be missed.
