Help Jesse Cover $5,000 in Medical Bills After Skateboarding Accident

Jesse is only 21 years old.

While skateboarding—something he loves—Jesse suffered a hard fall, hitting his head and beginning to seize. Paramedics arrived by ambulance and checked him at the scene. At the time, he did not go to the emergency room.

Over the next few days, lingering symptoms and concern about his head injury led Jesse to seek further medical care. Doctors ordered a CT scan to rule out internal brain bleeding. Thankfully, the scan came back clear, and Jesse is expected to recover.

Unfortunately, Jesse does not have health insurance. Between the ambulance evaluation, CT scan, and medical visits, Jesse is now facing nearly $5,000 in medical bills. For a 21-year-old, this unexpected expense is overwhelming.
