Help Jesse Overcome Tough Times

Hello, my name is Jesse. I never thought that I would be making one of these pages. I've never been one to ask for help. I’ve always been a hard worker, sometimes holding two and three jobs at the same. I've always been one to figure it out and handle the situation by myself, but I feel like I am cornered and I am running out of options.

Back in early August, I was hospitalized for sepsis and lymphedema in my left leg. Since being discharged from the hospital, I've been dealing with recurring wounds that leak in my left leg. Since 2016, I've been dealing with lymphedema in my leg, but never to this extent. I've always been able to work through it, but this time it landed me in the hospital and I haven't been back to work since July 29th.

I've been waiting for a response from the state about my temporary disability claim, but they seem to be taking forever and I'm running out of time. My lawyers recently notified me that my landlord filed a motion to proceed with the eviction process since I missed July, August, and September. The hearing for my court proceeding is November 20th. Never would I have thought I would be in this position after being discharged from the hospital. I thought I would just go right back to work, but since I have these recurring wounds, it makes that not possible.

I know everyone is dealing with their own issues and I hate to bring mine to light, but like I said, I am running out of options and just don't know where to turn at this point. If you find it in your heart to help me out and donate, it would be greatly appreciated. I love where I live. It's very convenient. Losing my apartment would also mean losing quality time I get to spend with my son, which I am fearing the most.
