UPDATE- 04/09/2025

Jesse’s surgery went well!

Yesterday was rough but today he is himself again. He got up and sat in the chair and then he did a good 5 laps around the room and into the hall! Healing up well!

Hello all friends and family. First and foremost, he's ok...

Jesse was seriously injured at work on Friday.

He was electrocuted and thrown from an 8ft ladder. He's admitted in Providence in Everett with a broken T10 and T11, waiting to find out if he needs surgery. They fit him for a brace, and he says it feels better when it's on. If they can get him up and walking with his pain manageable, they are confident he won't need surgery; otherwise, he's looking at a fusion T9-T12.

His boss has been amazing and rented a hotel for me with an open-ended stay so I can be near him.

Family and friends have already been amazing in helping with the animals and the kids! And the outpouring of support from the church has been amazing!

UPDATE

Update on Jesse Fifield ... Dr is not happy with the xray result and what it will create if he heals as is. We have made the very difficult decision to proceed with surgery. He is petrified to say the least and I'm just going thru the motions making sure to advocate for him! Please keep praying as the surgeons prepare the OR and Jesse and I mentally prepare for what is coming. I promise to update when he goes in and as he comes out. Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement he is reading them all and he is truly touched. Pastor called and said a beautiful prayer with us to prepare our hearts and our minds ♥️

Well tribe, he's currently in surgery. Projected to be completed around 7:10pm. I'll keep the updates coming, keep the prayers coming! Thank you everyone for all your kindness and offers to help! We will definitely be needing it when I finally get to bring him home!
