Help Jesse Fund

Hi everyone, thanks for checking this out! My big brother Jesse needs your help urgently.
 A few days ago he fell off a 3 story roof at work and landed on his head. He broke his neck, shattered both of his wrists, has a laerated spleen, and a concussion as well. He's hurting pretty bad, but he is alive and other wise healthy and expected to make a good recovery. It will be a very long and frusterating road for him. My brother lives in Kansas City and recently had his first child, Kaira-Jade. He's been working labor jobs day and night to take care of her, and as that is no longer a possibilty I want to see if we can get some people to help out a little, anything you can give goes to infintity and beyond and would be very much appreciated. This man is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps with a hard tour in Afghanistan under his belt. He is the toughest dude I know, almost invincible, he's been my hero since day one and I want to ease this recovery as much as possible for him.  He literally cannot use his hands so please help me lend him some.
