Help Jesse Corness on His Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On the morning of May 23, our dear friend Jesse Corness suffered a sudden and serious medical emergency. While having breakfast with his family, Jesse had a seizure and was rushed to the ICU in Thunder Bay, Ontario. He is now stabilized and remains in a medically induced coma while doctors continue to monitor his condition closely.
Jesse is a friend to everyone. He’s the kind of guy who always checks in, keeps in contact, and shows up when you need him. A social powerhouse with a huge heart, Jesse has a way of showing up for people in both big and small ways. He’s a devoted dad, a loving husband, and someone whose friendships stretch far and wide.
Right now, Jesse and his family are facing the unimaginable. While we remain hopeful that he will pull through, the road ahead is uncertain. Recovery from a traumatic health event like this takes time, resources, and support, physically, emotionally, and financially. And to make matters worse, their home was hit with flooding in the basement over the weekend, adding even more stress and unexpected costs at an already overwhelming time.
We are launching this GoFundMe to help Jesse’s family with whatever lies ahead:
Travel and lodging for loved ones
Time away from work
Specialized medical care and rehabilitation
Childcare and day-to-day expenses
Unexpected costs that may arise during this long journey
Your donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. If you’re not in a position to give, please consider sharing this with others and sending love, thoughts, and strength to Jesse and his family.
Thank you for standing with Jesse. We are all Team Corness, and together, we will carry him through this.
