We are fundraising for our daughter, Jessica and family while she is currently battling stage three breast cancer as many of you know her husband Mark has his own business and if he doesn't work, he doesn't get paid. There are days when he has to stay with Jessica due to the strong medication and side effects from the chemo treatments. Anything you can donate will be a great help to the family. All funds will help the family with expenses. Thank you for your support. It is greatly appreciated.
A note from Jess see below
Hi everyone!
First and foremost I want to say thank you to my parents for all of their support through this really trying time. I'm not sure how we would be getting through this time without all their help. And to you all thank you so much. All of your kindness and generosity is so touching and my heart is full of gratitude. So many of you I don't even know personally you may know one or both of my parents, friends, or family members that have touched your life enough that you would want to help me and my family.
Being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at 38 years old really has a way of changing your life without much notice and without much time to prepare. If you don't know us too well... I homeschool our two children (12 & 16) full-time and Mark my husband runs his own handyman business. So as my mom mentioned since it's just him if he doesn't work he doesn't get paid. The risks we knew we were taking when starting our own business. I've learned pretty quickly that being a cancer patient is a full time job for more than one person and with the help of my parents we're doing our best to keep our life afloat. Amongst so many other things, my dad has basically been our personal taxi since I'm not driving these days and my mom has been making sure that I'm eating healthy and trying to make sure Mark doesn't have to come home after work and cook all the meals. Needless to say we're all doing our best and trying to figure it out.
Your donations are making it possible for Mark to be able to take a day off during the week when I can't get out of bed and need all hands on deck. It's buying us a meal when everyone just needs a rest and help us pay a bill or two. Your donation is helping us as we to maintain so sense of normalcy for our kiddos. It's just giving us a little room to breathe while I'm also fighting cancer! Your generosity, love, and support as we continue to navigate through this time just means so much to me and after a really rough week I'm certainly feeling all the love. With so much love positivity and gratitude
