Help Jess Save Her Smile and Start a Non-Profit for Others in Need
Hi, my name is Jess Adams, and I’m reaching out for help to save my mouth/teeth and to turn my dental nightmare into something positive for others. My life has lacked purpose and if I can prevent anyone from struggling as I have with dental care then all of this is worth it.

TLDR: I’m in urgent need of dental work to prevent further damage to my health and quality of life. I’ve been battling dental issues for over a decade, and now I have the chance to fix everything in one go—thanks to a team of specialists who have agreed on a comprehensive treatment plan at the best possible cost. But I need financial support to make it happen. Any extra funds will be used to start a Non-Profit to help others facing the same struggles. I have been doing endless research about this and have secured a domain.
This dental nightmare began 15 years ago when I was desperate, poor, and battling bulimia. I now celebrate over 5 years of full recovery! Back then, I didn’t know how much my dental health would suffer in the years to come. I went to the first dentist I could find who with my little money pulled some of my teeth and that made the dominos start to fall. In 2018 my front teeth were cracking and I couldn't eat without leaving pieces of them behind so I had 6 veneers put on my front teeth to help me eat and smile so I could continue working. In 2020 I also had a bridge put on because of the cost of everything. If I knew then what I know now I would have made different choices. My bridge failed on Dec 23 2024 and I thought I had more time to find a solution. At least 5 more years time. When my bridge failed it was like a ticking time bomb went off in my mouth and I had two emergency root canals. Fortunately I was able to save the base of the teeth holding that bridge. Without anything in the space I cannot speak properly or eat. That was the breaking point. I realized I can't keep doing spot treating and short term bandaids. I still have 25 teeth in my mouth! I thought the fix would only be a huge financial burden but it turns out I cannot cut many costs because the issues I am having are also very complicated. I was turned down by 4 dentists while searching for specialists. I was able to find 2 specialists who will work with me on cost. My sinus is not an easy sinus, I have bone loss and need extensive rebuilding with bone graphs and may need multiple check ups/revisions. This is why medical tourism, dental schools, or other solutions that can be used aren't really an option because it doesn't out weight the risk.
Since that day everything kind of imploded I’ve worked tirelessly to find a solution. Learning about the dental system and consulting with dentists, making videos and sharing my story has become almost a full time job. I’ve gone to over 10 different dental consultations which unfortunately cost between $100-$200 each to consult and get second opinions. I have had multiple oral surgeons say no to the procedure and I’ve been quoted anywhere from $35,000 to $100,000 for the work I need. After extensive research, I finally found a team that agrees on the best course of action while giving me the best price available due to it being multiple specialists. And also specialists that I feel comfortable with as well as they feel comfortable with the procedure. However, the financial burden is still overwhelming. I know this is a struggle most everyone can relate to. This is why I also feel passionate about making a change so others do not also need to suffer.
The plan that will fix everything:
I’ve found a team of specialists who have crafted a comprehensive treatment plan that includes:
Crowning the two teeth that were able to be saved (hang in there suckers)
crowning lower root canal
A double sinus lift ( it has a septum fml)
Extensive bone grafting (with revisions if needed- included in price)
Two implants on the upper right and a shorter implant on the lower left
Gum and bite health restoration
This procedure will set me up for life. Literally will not need an expensive emergency until my late 60s-70's. No more emergency dental work. No more recurring pain. Being able to feed myself. No more dangerous infection. And I’ll be able to live my life with confidence and health again. But it’s a lot of money, and I can’t do it alone.
Why I need your help:
I work multiple jobs and live frugally, but even with my hustling and hard work I don’t have the resources to pay for the full cost of this procedure. That’s where you come in. With your support, I can move forward with this treatment and put an end to this cycle of pain and emergency dental work. AND I can start a foundation with my connections, marketing background, and deep roots in the recovery community. The system is broken and we need a change. Too many people are suffering.
Why does dental health matter?
Poor dental health is more than just a cosmetic issue—it’s a medical one. You can literally pass away from lack of dental care. Not to mention the toll it takes on your mental health and keeping your body healthy every single day. Genetics, vitamin deficiencies, mental health struggles, eating disorders, cancer treatments, pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, and so many other things all contribute to dental problems. And yet, dental care is often not covered in the same way as other medical treatments, leaving people with impossible choices between their health and their financial well-being. No one should have to choose between financial ruin and their life.
Any extra funds will go toward starting a foundation to help others who are struggling with similar dental issues. I’ve been through the frustration, fear, and anxiety of trying to get the dental care I need, and I want to help make it easier for others to get the treatment they deserve. Together, we can make a difference in people’s lives.
What I ask from you:
Please consider donating to help me get the dental care I need. Once my mouth is stable I can then dedicate myself to this cause.
If you can’t donate, sharing this campaign or interacting with my story on social media will mean the world to me.
Follow my journey on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, where I’ll be sharing my progress, costs, and the steps I take to build a foundation that can help others like me.
Thank you for your support. Your generosity will change my life—and the lives of so many others.
With love,
Jess Adams
P.S. If I get to the point where I’m in less pain, I promise to stop making jokes about my teeth falling out. Maybe.
I also will be making a spreadsheet of dentists I recommend and information
I also will be sharing my journey and breakdown of costs
