Help Jess Open a Secondhand Store!

You never know what life is going to throw at you, and in this case, it's an opportunity to buy a secondhand store. I'm ~so~ excited to to continue the mission of community-oriented slow fashion. I'm reaching to community to help me come up with the funds to buy to offset start-up costs: first/last/deposit, legal fees, inventory, promotional materials. Things are moving quickly - I need to close the deal this summer.

The need is so great for so many right now, and it's hard to ask for help. But giving people an opportunity to buy lower-cost, secondhand clothes, put money into a local business (and not into the hands of shareholders), recalibrate away from shopping online, and keep clothes out of landfills for longer, and explore their style and gender in an affordable way, feels worthy.

I'll update this space as things develop. Thanks for helping me turn "hey, wouldn't that be cool..." into reality.
