Help Jess & Mick rebuild after the flood

Hi, my name is Lauren, I’m from Dubbo NSW, and I’m wanting to help my family friends to rebuild after the floods. I have known Jess for almost 40yrs and consider her family. Our mums went to school together and the rest is history.

Jess and Mick and their two kids have a beautiful house and business between Evans Head and Woodburn in Northern NSW. Their house and work shed have been affected by the recent floods, as has her brothers house in Broadwater.

The water hasn’t subsided yet and not sure of the damage, but I wanted to give them some help and some hope to get a little back to normal when they can.

They are lucky to have been rescued from their roof by a neighbour with a boat and are currently staying with family. Her brother and his partner have also been affected in Broadwater and they have a 2yr old daughter and another on the way in a few weeks.

They would never ask for help so I’m setting this up for them. The money will go towards household items, school supplies and getting their work shed back in order, and to her brother and his family too for their household items and baby needs.

I know there are many people in need but if you are looking to help and not sure how, this could be one option.
