Our dear colleague and friend, Jess, welcomed her beautiful baby girl into the world on January 5th, much earlier than expected. Born at just 29 weeks and weighing 2 lbs 13 oz, Jess’s baby was originally due in late March. While this tiny fighter is doing her best to grow and thrive, they have a long and challenging NICU journey ahead.
