Hi, My name is Jess, March 2025 brought me a very unexpected news. I was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL)—a fast-moving blood cancer that requires urgent and aggressive treatment.
What started as fatigue and small health concerns quickly escalated into a life-changing diagnosis. Now, I’m facing intensive chemotherapy and a long hospital stay to fight this disease.
—a harsh reminder that life can shift in an instant. One moment, everything feels normal; the next, you’re facing a battle you never saw coming.
This journey won’t be easy. Fighting leukemia isn’t just a physical battle—it’s a financial one, too. The costs of hospital stays, chemotherapy, medications, and ongoing care are beyond what insurance covers. Additionally, being hospitalized for a month and undergoing long-term treatment means I am unable to work, making it even harder to keep up with expenses.
Update: April 2025
after a month and 2 weeks at the hospital I finally got discharged and was on remission break for couple weeks.
Update: May 2025
I’m starting my second course of Chemo treatment as an out patient. Have to do visit 4 times a week for one of my chemo medication and Will be doing IV chemo’s once a week.
Your generosity will help cover:
✔️ Medical treatments, chemotherapy, and medications
✔️ Hospital stays and follow-up care
✔️ Daily living expenses while I’m unable to work
✔️ Unexpected costs that come with a long-term illness
