Help Jerry Torrey Battle 2 Types of Cancer!

Hi, my name is Melanie McShane. I’m the daughter of Jerry Torrey. He is a retired forest ranger for the state of Maine who has spent his life helping others. He is well liked by all and would give you the shirt off his back. Unfortunately, Dad has been diagnosed with laryngeal cancer and a separate kidney cancer. He has just started his battle and is very scared and not well prepared financially. He lives month to month on his social security check and gets food stamps. He doesn’t have hot water and uses wood to heat water on the stove. He is currently almost out of firewood and too weak and in too much pain to cut much at a time. My sister and I help as much as possible, but we are asking for help to buy him a new bathroom and buy firewood for the year. We also want to fill his kerosene tank so he can have heat when he’s too weak to build a fire. Thank you all so much for your help! We will use all of the money for Dad’s care.
