Help Jerry Melo & family after devastating fire!
Donation protected
Hello All,
Jerry Melo a NYC Paramedic and his brother, EMT Jovany Melo both currently work in the NYC 911 system, had an 8 alarm fire break out in their apartment building. They have been told that he and his family (Mother&Father) will not be allowed to live in their apartment for a minimum of 6 months. It is still unknown how much damage their apartment suffered and have not been able to retrieve any of their valuables. Jerry, a Paramedic for the past 5 years, and Jovany, a EMT since 2014 are both incredible human beings. They both have dedicated their life to helping and savings others in their time of need. Both selfless, caring and passionate about their careers, but now they need our help!
Everyone knowns how difficult it can be to have to find an apartment to rent, especially during this ongoing pandemic. We are looking to help raise funds in order to ease some of the financial burden that comes with having to rent a new apartment. The funds will also go into helping to replace personal items, as they are unable to retrieve any, as stated above. We understand that many of us may not all be in the best place to donate, but any donation would go a long way. Thank you all for your help and consideration.
