Hello, I’m Jerry Cahill, owner of Rad Printworks, a screen printing company and creative firm that worked with many companies to do their merch production, murals, and branding. We were located in the Foundation Studios in the River Arts District of Asheville, North Carolina for 5 years; we opened in September 2019.

In September 2024, our entire building was submerged underwater and swept away by the river rising 30 feet due to Hurricane Helene. We lost all of our equipment: 2 presses, belt dryer, flash hood dryer, 100 screens, all of our inks, chemicals for the dark rooms, large format film printer, as well as all of the murals I created over the years inside and out. Nothing was salvageable, a total loss.

I’d love to get support rebuilding a screen printing company so we can help others fundraise, which is usually what I’d be offering victims of a natural disaster like this, only this time it’s me. As soon as I can recover this equipment, the sooner we can get back to work supporting our community as we rebuild it. Thank you.
