People have asked what they can do to help Jerri. When Mike & Jerri moved into their 1949 home in 2028, it was a handyman’s dream! But every project Mike started exposed more problems. Hidden doors and windows behind walls, shoddy electrical wiring, etc. Mike’s “honey do” list was long. If he could fix it, he would. Otherwise it went on a “to do someday” list. There are many deferred maintenance repairs to tackle. I asked Jerri for a wish list of repairs she needs done. The list includes the replacement of the 30 year old water heater, repair of walkway and driveway, electrical work, window replacement, waterproofing the basement, and painting.
