My family recently experienced a devastating loss when a freak fire destroyed our only vehicles. My 2001 Ford F150, which had been sitting unused for months, suddenly caught fire. No one was outside when it started, so we're still trying to determine the cause. The truck was a total loss, and the car parked next to it was also badly damaged, leaving us with no way to get around.

This has been especially hard because I'm an Air Force veteran currently battling stage 4 cancer in my colon, liver, and lungs. I need reliable transportation to get to my chemotherapy appointments and other medical care. The truck had been sitting because I haven't been able to work for over a year and a half, and I simply couldn't afford to keep it on the road. Now, with both vehicles gone and additional damage to our house and carport from the fire and smoke, the strain on my family is overwhelming.

Funds raised will go toward repairing or replacing our vehicles, covering fire-related expenses, and helping with transportation costs to and from my appointments.
