2/27/26 - Thank you all for your donations in December. I was able to pay my bills for January and February. I do have 2 job interviews, 1 of which is in person on 3/3/26. But unemployment is not covering all my bills. My rent is $1,916. I have only $640 in checking which I’m using for groceries, phone, internet. I hate asking for your help. But unfortunately, I do still need help covering my rent for March 1st. If you can help with that, it would be so appreciated.

Hi. My name is Jericho. I lost my temp job on 12/12/25. Rent for December was paid, but I'm now running out of money while I apply for jobs. Someone once told me I need to set up a GoFundMe because I can't afford to be too proud and that I should ask for 2 months of support. My rent is $1,916. To get me through Christmas and the following 6 to 8 weeks, I'm asking for $5,000. Rent will be due again 8 days from today.

That would allow me to pay rent, groceries, utilities, cellphone and internet (which I need to look for work) for the next 2 months. Any donation at all would be greatly appreciated. I've been homeless before. I never want to go back there again. I've lived in my rent-controlled apartment since October 2008. Please help me to stay there while I look for work again.
