Help Jeri the Stray Cat Recover

Jeri is a stray cat I found in my neighborhood while feeding the local strays. She was in rough shape, suffering from a severe case of sarcoptic mange on her head and clearly malnourished. Seeing how much she was struggling, I knew I had to step in and help her, even though I’m preparing for a move at the end of the month. No one else was likely to rescue her, and I couldn’t leave her behind in that condition.

Jeri has already received a diagnosis, a steroid injection, antibiotics, and two doses of Revolution Plus from the vet. She’s now eating and drinking well, getting plenty of rest, and showing signs of improvement, but her recovery is far from over. She’ll need a follow-up appointment next month to continue her treatment. I’ve found a foster who can care for her starting at the end of this week, which will give her the safe environment she needs to heal.
