Help Jeremy with Medical and Travel Costs

For those that didn’t know, Jeremy had a stroke at work on August 25th, and was rushed to the hospital. He spent a few days in the hospital and has since returned home and is able to return to work September 3rd. He does have some lingering issues with his right hand, and he is right hand dominant, that hopefully will get better as time goes on and with physical and occupational therapy, but only time will tell. He also found out he has a heart condition which caused the stroke and will need a procedure done to help alleviate the risk of another stroke happening. He has missed a lot of work due to the stroke and will have to possibly miss more after he has the heart procedure done. Bills are piling up, plus the added expenses and gas of traveling 1.5 hours each way to hospital and doctors appointments, is another unexpected expense. Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if it is just your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you so much.
