My name is Jeremy, and I am creating this fundraiser for myself after a long and difficult journey with Meniere's disease. For many years, I lived with severe, frequent, and debilitating vertigo attacks that affected nearly every part of my life. Meniere's disease is a disorder that affects the inner ear and can cause intense vertigo, dizziness, balance problems, and other life-disrupting symptoms. It is not fully understood, and there is no cure, only treatments that may reduce or alleviate symptoms. After exhausting treatments, I finally had brain surgery in hopes of putting those attacks behind me. While I am deeply grateful to be moving forward, the financial strain from years of treatment and surgery has been tremendous for me and my household. Even though this chapter of constant vertigo is behind me, I still have some limitations and am trying to rebuild my future in a way that is realistic and sustainable.

One dream that has stayed with me through all of this is starting a food truck serving loaded baked potatoes. I truly believe this would be an amazing path for me now, allowing me to work within my limitations while creating a steady source of income. The funds from this fundraiser would help me purchase a food truck and get it on the road. If there is anything left after that, it would go toward the medical bills that are still due. My hope is that this business will not only help me support myself, but also allow me to pay off any remaining debts over time.
