Hi my name is Glenn Nowacki and my brother from another mother/life long friend Jeremy Mellinger has severely injured his back! He has been in the hospital for several days and he is looking at having 2 herniated disks repaired that are causing a major nerve impingement!

He can’t walk, can’t sit up, and is experience severe nerve pain in his right leg and numbness in his right knee. The pain is so intense that he has nearly passed out numerous times. The doctor has him on a plethora of medication for pain management, and nothing is helping at all.

I’m trying to help him out because he is looking at surgery on top of not being able to work for a few months and then 6-8 months of rehab.

Jeremy has medical insurance, but there is a lot of stuff that insurance will not cover, so this is an attempt to help him offset that cost of that.
