Help Jeremy Recover From Heart Attack

What Happened?
On February 12, Jeremy had a heart attack that nearly took his life and he and his family are in urgent need of assistance to pay bills, medical expenses, and make ends meet until he can get healthy and return to work. Jeremy suffered a 100% LAD blockage, "Widow Maker Heart Attack" , which resulted in a massive heart attack that required emergency surgery. Jeremy heart stopped and he died in the operating room and surgeons at Baptist Medical Center South had to perform resuscitation and put him on life support. Stints and "Balloons" were required to restore blood flow in four major arteries and narrowly save his life. By pass surgery was considered, but Jeremy was in too weakened of a state to undergo this surgery. Jeremy has survived this tragic event but has an extremely hard road ahead and his family is in great need of assistance because he is the family's sole provider.

What Treatment is Required?
Jeremy will require several months of medical treatment, including physical therapy and many expensive medications. He will have to undergo Cardiotherapy, Cardiac Rehab, and he will have to take many new medications, including a single heart failure medication that costs $600/month. More medications will be prescribed as the rehabilitation progresses, but this adds to the mounting bills required to sustain a family that is now without an income.

How Will The Funds Be Used?
The funds will be used to help Jeremy's family survive the coming months. Although we are reaching out to church and state, the most important help must come from the community. Food, rent, utilities, medical costs, vehicle expenses, and fuel are where these funds will directly be used. Without being able to work, Jeremy and his family are almost completely dependent on the support of his community and his country. The amount needed to cover all of these expenses for the month's Jeremy will be out of work is expected to be well over $10,000.
