After relocating from NYC to Arkansas for a new job opportunity, we found ourselves in an incredibly difficult situation. We worked for several weeks without receiving any pay, despite having already spent thousands of dollars on moving and relocation expenses. The financial strain quickly became overwhelming, especially as we realized we would need to hire a lawyer to help recover our unpaid wages. With no steady income and our savings rapidly depleting, we’ve been struggling to cover basic living costs for Jeremy, Paco, and myself.
