Help Jeremy Moore's Journey to Recovery

Well, I am probably going to be in trouble with Jeremy for doing this but I do not see any other way of making this long journey with Jeremy, any other way.  We go to Des Moines on Monday. From there we are not sure where he will be going.  What we do know is that it  is going to be a long summer for him.  We could really use your help in covering his medical expenses that are not completely covered by his insurance  and help with travel expenses for.  If you could please find it in your heart to make even a small donation, it would do a world of good and we would be more grateful than words can say.
