Help Jeremy Knighton beat cancer

I’ve known Jeremy for the better part of a decade, and you couldn’t find a more dedicated uncle, friend, brother, son, or human being. I’ve watched Jeremy quietly support the people in his life with strength, love, and humor. At only 28 years old, Jeremy is a rock for most people, and he needs our help now. In early January, Jeremy had some scans that showed a large and scary mass on his kidney. He had a cough that he just couldn’t shake so went into the ER where they ran some tests and found out that Jeremy has an aggressive cancer in his kidney. The doctor made it clear that at minimum, his kidney will need to be removed. There are a lot of diagnostics they still need to complete, so we don’t yet even know the full scale of what we are facing. We do know that we’ll need some help. This initial fundraiser is to help with the immediate costs of medical care (tests, scans, imaging, and surgery) so that we can find out the scope of what we’re staring down. He will be out of work at minimum 8 weeks, so on top of the medical bills there are basic living expenses that we need help with. No amount is too small, every bit will go to help ease the stress of the situation he’s been faced with.
