Help Jeremy get his last days with his family!!

Hi, I'm writing this on behalf of Jeremy. I am his fiance Dannielle. About 7 months ago Jeremy was diagnosed with colon cancer. And the doctor said that he is at stage 2B. Not even clear on what that meant. And neither did Jeremy because he was incarcerated. when he found out. Alone. Going through the most tragic, horrifying, shocking situation you can at the age of 33. Starting out with his appendix bursting and the doctors messing up on a surgery causing him to go septic. The doctors went in for a second surgery on his appendix to find that he had colon cancer immediately they had to go in for emergency surgery and remove 6 in of his colon. For Jeremy waking up with a colostomy bag was not what he expected. Not knowing that he was just about ready to find out the worst news of his life. They started him out on chemo while incarcerated at Wayne Brown Correctional Facility. Not having a doctor there to check up on him or to make sure his medication that they were giving him was correct. They started him on chemotherapy pills. Our family fought and fought and was finally able to get him to go see another doctor and UC Davis. She informed us that he was on way too much chemo and it caused his face to have burns on it. She recommended that he had an IV Port of chemo put in but they would not release him from jail.
They would not provide that treatment that he needed in the jail.
Not having the care that he needed and the test and the treatments that he needed from an outside source the cancer started to spread extremely.
Now we find out that the cancer has spread through his whole body his kidneys his lungs. They sent him away to prison anyways without letting us get him the care he really needed. Now after being sent to prison he has had to get his gallbladder removed due to being full of cancer. We have now been informed that he is at stage 4 cancer and we're not sure how much longer he has left to live. This is so hard for me to write this so sorry if I'm missing some things. His last wishes are just to be at home with his family and be able to say goodbye to the kids and family. We found an advocate that is willing to help us get him out on a compassionate release. But we are having to pay to get him to help. The cost is going to be $2,000. I'm asking if anyone could help with anything a little bit goes a long way. Anyone
who knows Jeremy knows that he's a great guy that just made a bad choice and went down the wrong path for a minute when he chose to use drugs. We have three beautiful children and a loving family. That's all he is asking for is to be able to say his goodbyes and to spend the rest of his time he has with his family instead of being alone. No one deserves to be alone in a time like this. I want to thank everyone for taking the time to read this even if you can't help if you could just share the story that would be a blessing. Thank you
