My name is Jeremy, and I’ve come a long way, but life has thrown some tough challenges my way. Recently, I was diagnosed with a health issue that requires surgery, and multiple injuries—especially to my L5S1 disc—have put me out of work. Not only has this affected my ability to provide for myself, but it’s also made things difficult for my family, who are in need as well.

Right now, my car is old and unreliable. I need to trade it in for something dependable so I can start driving for Uber. Having a new car would mean I could get to my medical appointments, support my family, and most importantly, start earning an income again. I’m behind on bills, and my credit cards are almost maxed out, which adds to the stress of this situation.
