Hi, my name is Jeremy Harris.

I’m 49 years old and single. I have stage 4 colon cancer. I’m undergoing chemotherapy at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, NY. I’m still working to keep my mind occupied. Sometimes I don’t know if it’s the right decision, but I do it so I can take care of my 2 kids every week and get them what they need. I work in produce, taking care of fruits vegetables every morning, and when 12:30 comes, I just want to go home and rest. I am trying to find help paying my hospital bills, especially health insurance. I’m struggling just to come up with the money every month. But I’m trying to keep it together, asking God to give me patience and to help me get through every day.
