Help Jeremy Battle Kidney Failure

Jeremy is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran who after 2008 was back in the work force looking for a job. He started working in the Construction community in Coatesville Pennsylvania. Jeremy started his family and married his wife Robin and proudly became a step father to 4 beautiful children. Soon his son Adonis was born and Jeremy was working to support his family.
As the years went by Jeremy noticed signs of things were not right with his health. He kept thinking the little pains and the fatigue were just part of the job. In 2016 Jeremy was at a job site and noticed sharp pains in his flank area as well as chest pains. After feeling like this for a while his wife talked Jeremy into going to the Coatesville VA. After doing tests the doctors noticed that Jeremy's kidneys were not functioning normally. After doing a biopsy and a stay at the Philadelphia VA Jeremy was diagnosed with Kidney Failure. This diagnosis took a huge toll on Jeremy who was always a healthy man that worked out daily. Jeremy has since been in and out of the hospital and the VA. He has had a partial nephrectomy and the nephritis has made so many days almost impossible to do anything. Even with this life changing diagnosis Jeremy continued to hold a job but over time the Kidney Failure became harder to manage with medication that was not covered and hospital/VA stays that kept Jeremy out of work.
Please help Jeremy to continue his battle with this disease and make future financial hardships with bills and medical needs easier for him.
Jeremy over the years has changed with this diagnosis and the financial burden and his battle with this disease has left him struggling to find his old self. The future will end with a Kidney transplant God willing so please help Jeremy so he does not have to worry about anything except the disease he battles everyday!
