As you may already know Jeremy has been in the hospital here in Sioux City since March 19th. Most of those days he has been in critical condition. He has been diagnosed with congenital heart failure and has had various additional complications. Chantal has been by his side the entire time. Chantal is working hard to get Jeremy to a hospital down in Omaha for a second opinion.  Costs are adding up quick and will continue to. With travel, food, possible hotel costs and of course maintaining their home they will need any financial help they can possibly get. 
Anything will help and will be greatly appreciated.
