Help Jeremy and Bubba Heal and Rebuild

Just 2 nights ago, Jeremy and his dog Bubba were sleeping on the sand, and not long before that, they had been shivering in the cold mountain nights with no warm clothes — harassed and with nowhere safe to go. Jeremy had lost everything, but he never gave up on Bubba. Even when he went hungry, Bubba always came first.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, Jeremy & Bubba now have a van — their first safe shelter in years. This van means they finally have a place to sleep, keep their belongings safe, and begin rebuilding their lives. Bubba is finally resting on a soft bed instead of the cold ground. The relief in his eyes says everything: he knows he’s safe.

But the journey isn’t over. Jeremy is so grateful for this second chance, and he’s agreed to seek help for his mental health — as long as doctors don’t try to separate him from Bubba forever, like last time. He knows the streets have been rough on him for years, and now he’s ready to heal.

Jeremy is so grateful for this second chance. The van gives them stability for today, but the next step is just as important: mental health care for Jeremy, vet check-ups for Bubba, and a little support until Jeremy is strong enough to work again.
