Help Jeremiah's Family Find Peace

This is really hard for me. My youngest son Jeremiah D Humphries has passed away. Anyone that knew him knew he was a wonderful person inside and out. I would just like to be able to bring him home and lay him to rest and help out his two kids in this moment of grief and disarray.
