Jeremiah’s recover from a near death injury fund.

Hello my name is Chris. I decided to create this Go Fund Me for my best friend Jeremiah of 29 years young. On January 16th, he was air lifted for an emergency open heart surgery to remove a foreign object from his heart muscle. By God’s grace, the surgery was successful and he is recovering in an intensive care unit as I write this.

The event leading to this unfortunate accident was at the shooting range with a multitude of paper and metal targets. The four of us present at the time were exercising good firearm safety. Jeremiah was shooting when he hit a metal target. He stopped shooting and holstered his firearm when he was hit with some shrapnel ricochet, through his lung, into his heart. We administered bleeding control and called 911. He was initially transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he was airlifted around 30 miles to where he would have his surgery.

We all feel very blessed Jeremiah is still with us. He is a good friend of mine, we are like brothers. He has a wonderful family, a loving woman, a two year old daughter, and a newborn son. He is a good man with a good heart. He loves God and is a wonderful human being.

I know stress can be physically hard on the body, and financial stress is some of the worst. I want my friend to recover to live as long and healthy of a life as possible. Please, if you are able, give to Jeremiah and his family for his recovery. Thank you and God bless you.
