Help Jerad through the loss of his daughter

Hi my name is Harry Haines local area manager at ziply and one of our team members Jerad Gilky has lost his 15 year old daughter in a tragic vehicle accident on December 23rd and I would like to give him any help and support we can in his time of need. I have known Jerad for several years and I know that he would never ask for help, so I felt like we would just offer whatever we can as I know he would help others without hesitation.
