Hello, my name is Matilda, and I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my dear friend and sister, Jeodah — a bright, focused, and hardworking Ghanaian student studying MSc Digital and Strategic Marketing at the University of Bradford in the UK.
Jeodah is due to graduate on July 14th, 2025, but she is at serious risk of missing this milestone — not because of poor performance, but because of financial difficulties beyond her control.
She was meant to be sponsored by an institution that, unfortunately, never fulfilled their commitment. As a result, her tuition fees have not been paid at all, and she is now facing the painful reality of not being allowed to graduate unless the full amount is settled.
On top of this, she won’t be able to apply for her post-graduate visa without resolving her school fees first — a double blow after all the effort, sacrifice, and dedication she’s put into her studies.
We’re humbly asking for your help. Any amount — £5, £10, £50, £100, £200 — will go directly toward her tuition and visa costs. Jeodah will provide proof of payment and updates every step of the way, so you can see exactly where your support is going.
This isn’t just about school fees. It’s about keeping someone’s future alive — someone who has fought hard to be where she is and still believes in the power of education and perseverance.
Please donate if you’re able, and kindly share this campaign with others. Your generosity could be the reason Jeodah is able to walk across that graduation stage and start a better life.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and belief in her journey.
With gratitude,
Matilda
