Jennyfer is a loving person who was sexually assaulted then kidnapped by ICE and is now undergoing deportation proceedings. Please donate and share this fundraiser to help support Jennyfer as we fight against her deportation and for due process and an official investigation into her sexual assault.

What happened?

On July 9th, Jennyfer was drugged by the manager at her job and sexually assaulted. Disoriented and still likely impaired from being drugged, she got into her car and was arrested and charged with a DUI. The police dismissed her account of sexual assault and detained her. No report was ever filed, despite Jennyfer attempting to file one at least ten times. Instead, she was blamed by the officers and told to make better decisions.

She was placed under an immigration hold and was held at Baker County Detention Center, till July 22nd, 2025. She was then transferred to South Louisiana ICE Processing Center.

What can we do?

Jennyfer has a deportation order from when she was five years old, despite living in the US since the age of two with her dog, family, and whole community in Florida. While we continue to fight for Jennyfer's release, her family is preparing for her deportation to Nicaragua. We are raising funds to provide for Jennyfer's basic needs in the event that she is deported, to reunite her with her pets Tank and Prada, and to cover legal fees as she continues to advocate for herself.
