UPDATE 3/3: yesterday was a long day at the vets for Jenny and Sokka, they didn't start surgery till 6 PM, and didn't get home till after 10 PM. That said, surgery is all done and now we start the long road to recovery. Thank you all so much for your donations and support, it's made this difficult situation a little less difficult. UPDATE 3/2: After multiple attempts to put back in place Sokka's dislocated hip were not successful today, he is going into surgery, likely tomorrow. Thank you all for your support, this helps so much and restores our faith in humanity. So far Jenny's vet bills have added up to over $4000 all going on credit cards, this is before the surgery quoted at over $6500. I've added photos of the bills so far to the bottom.

Please consider donating to help Jenny cover Sokka's emergency vet bills. Sokka was struck and dragged by a hit and run driver just outside of his home. He was immediately brought to the vet hospital in Chimacum where they sedated him but decided he needed to be sent to a better equipped emergency vet hospital for surgery. So far we know he has a dislocated hip and possible broken leg, along with lots of lacerations. Jenny is a single mother of two kids and is a small business owner. This unforseen tragedy is going to cause a real financial hardship, please help if you can.
