UPDATE: Thank you for all the kind words and shares... I am hoping to spread the word so that I am able to fundraise money to pay off Scooters medical expenses that Jenny had to pay out of pocket. Unfortunately, the vet called late last night and said that they had tried several times to save Scooter. Early yesterday morning Scooter was hit by a car. When Jenny took him to VCA they told her there was a possibility he could make it but he would need a costly surgery and the likeliness of quality of life may still not be there. Jenny's love for Scooter deemed all olds and she wanted to at least fight for his life. The doctor said that they may be able to save Scooters life if they are able to attach a catheter through his urethra to his bladder and empty it. Late last night they called Jenny and let her know that they had tried to insert the catheter but the pelvis was broken in many places and the urethra was severed. They told her they would be unable to save Scooter. We stayed with scooter last night and visited with him before we helped cross him to the rainbow bridge. Jenny was left with a 3,000 bill for the services the VCA pet care had done to save Scooter and she is mourning the loss of her beloved kitty. I want to continue efforts to try and raise money for her so that she may be able to have some ease in grieving the loss and not have to worry about paying this heavy bill. Any small contribution would mean so much to her. I am hoping to fundraise enough money to hopefully pay off the cost of her vet bills and cremation costs. Please Share♥️
