I saw this filly pop up on my page and instantly thought of Cortez, my 21 year old appy that came from a kill pen as well. She is only 3, and about 14hh. I don’t know much more about her other than what the lot has posted. The owner was no longer able to take care of her and she will ship to slaughter if she isn’t bailed. I can get her up here I have a separate place that I can quarantine her at to make sure she’s free of all diseases and contagious sicknesses before she can come live at my farm. I’d love to give her a new start at life, she is in Texas so fees will go to getting her up here and quarantining. I need to raise $575 for bail and it will be about 2 weeks quarantine at $15/day. After that, about $1000 to get her from Texas to me. Let’s save this darling!
