Help Jenny Rebuild After Her Brother's Passing

Hello Friends. Val here.
Most of you know Jenny Kusch of Tigger's Angel Paws. You may have hired her to house-sit and care for your pets, or perhaps she took your pets on adventures, or maybe you have just seen her around town, walking dogs. Regardless, if you know her, great.

If you don't, let me tell you who you are missing.

Jenny is a darling human who loves animals, loves to make a difference, and truly cares about every living thing. We have all trusted her with our beloved dogs, and cats, and piggies, and donkeys, and horses, and on and on...and now she needs our help. It is time for us to care for her!

Many of you know that she took her very ill brother, Lonny, into her home back in 2022 so he could get the care he needed. She was able to step up, give up her life as she knew it, and dedicate herself to seeing Lonny get well. She spent FOUR years of her life caring for her brother. She spent FOUR years putting her needs aside, so she could see he was getting the best care possible. She still found some time to rescue the odd dog, but it was stressful to leave Lonny by himself.

It was a long and complicated process with way too much paperwork and way too many doctors. Last I spoke with her, they had seen 35 different doctors, if not more. They were lately working on his deafness and he had a successful cochlear implant last September.

Sadly, Lonny has passed away, very unexpectedly.
Jenny is devastated.

She was left with many bills and a lot to do to arrange for his cremation and all that goes with it. Won't you please help?

Let's rally around Jenny, our devoted sister, and passionate animal lover, as she navigates this profound loss and seeks to revive her business. She is great at bringing joy, and caring about the animals she adores. She needs to get healing for herself and help reestablishing her Tigger's Angel Paws business, and being around caring people and sweet animals is a good place to start.

Perhaps you don't know her story?

For four selfless years, Jenny has dedicated herself to caring for her brother, a former Marine, after discovering his dire situation in a Wisconsin nursing home. With unwavering commitment, she brought him to California, poured her heart and soul into his care, and faced countless challenges alongside him. Despite the unexpected setbacks, Jenny's brother found love, care, and dignity in his final days, thanks to her tireless efforts.

Now, as Jenny bids farewell to her beloved brother, she's facing financial uncertainty and longs to revive her pet service business, reigniting her passion for animal care. Will you help Jenny cover funeral expenses and find stability as she embarks on this new chapter?

Her brother may be gone, but his love and legacy live on through Jenny's selflessness. Let's support her journey, bringing hope and light to a time of darkness. Any contribution, big or small, would mean the world to Jenny. If you're unable to give, please consider sharing this message or keeping Jenny and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

Expenses include $1900 for cremation, travel expenses so Lonny can be buried with his mother back in Wisconsin, regular rent, car expenses and insurance, and other monthly expenses. I know Jenny will be grateful for any help she can get to revive her business and move forward.

I just want you all to know that I witnessed some of their journey together. Lonny and Jenny fought like hell... Every single minute...Every single hour... Every single day.. It was an uphill battle, but they never gave up, and they fought on 'til the bitter end.

Jenny and Lonny thought they had planned for everything. He had a chance to get out of that wheelchair and maybe walk again. He could hear out of the ear that got the implant. The physical therapy was lined up and Lonny was happy. He was happier than he had been in a seriously long time. Boone and he were pals and Lonny definitely had the will to live.

This unexpected end was not part of the plan.

Before he arrived in CA , he was surrounded by nothing but pure evil. Before he left and went to heaven, he was surrounded by nothing but pure unconditional love. This was all thanks to the sacrifice Jenny was willing to make.

Jenny is wiped out. She is thrashed emotionally, physically, and financially. Right now she has nothing and I believe she is absolutely terrified. She has zero income right now and needs this whole thing settled so she can get back to work and life.

Her family has lost so much over the years and we know Lonny wanted to be buried beside his mother, and that has added to the expense..

Jenny has begun receiving help from the HOOAH organization and she is super grateful, but it only makes a dent in the overall financial hole she is in.

Come on friends!! Let's rally and get Jenny back on her feet!

If you are not in a position to give financially at this time, please pass this link around to others, especially animal lovers. Remind folks about all of the animals Jenny has coaxed into traps with hot bar-b-cue! The bloodhound- mix loose in Ojai for months?? The dog trapped on the side of the mountain? Yep...rescues that would not have been accomplished without Jenny camping out overnight working to save loose dogs.

It's what she does. Let's help her get back to it!
