Help Jenny & Jim Recover After the Eaton Wildfire

We are Desiree and Caroline Chan, Jenny's cousins, and we are organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Jenny and Jim.

On Jan 8th, tragedy struck when the Eaton Wildfire devastated Jenny and Jim’s home. They evacuated immediately leaving behind all their belongings, but the fire moved quickly. They lost everything— Jim's car and guitars, Jenny's wedding and engagement ring, priceless photos, and their sense of security.

This loss comes at a time when Jim has already been enduring an incredibly difficult journey. Just last Friday, Jim tragically lost his stepfather unexpectedly, adding even more weight to an already heavy heart. On top of this, Jim has been battling oral cancer for the past two years. The emotional and physical toll of these challenges has been immense, and the fire has now added a new layer of hardship to their lives.

As you can imagine, this unexpected loss has been overwhelming, and the road to recovery will be long. But with your support, we can help them get back on their feet.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference and bring hope to a family that is facing an unimaginable loss. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign with your network—spreading the word is just as valuable.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity during this incredibly difficult time. Together, we can help Jenny and Jim recover and move forward with strength and resilience.

With Gratitude,

Desiree and Caroline
