My name is Yessenia Karina Molina, and I’m fundraising for my beloved sister, Jenny Chicaiza — a devoted mother, loving sister, and strong woman of faith who is now facing one of the hardest battles of her life: Advanced Lung Cancer.

Jenny is 52 years old and was diagnosed on July 10th. Until then, she was perfectly healthy, active, and a non-smoker. Her diagnosis came as a complete shock to all of us. Since then, our lives have changed overnight. She has already begun chemotherapy and other treatments, and while her spirit remains unshaken, the financial burden has quickly become overwhelming.

Jenny lives in Ecuador, where insurance unfortunately does not cover the cost of necessary cancer medications. Just one month’s supply of her oral pills costs over $10,000 USD — a devastating amount that must be paid out of pocket. We are hoping to raise $30,000 to help cover some of her life-saving medication and hospital treatments as she continues this fight.

Jenny is a devoted mother of two and wife who continues to be a pillar of strength for her children and everyone around her. Her faith in God remains unshaken. She is deeply religious, a true believer who prays daily and finds peace and courage in her spiritual life.
