On Saturday, June 14th, during the Puerto Rican fest celebrations, Laylanie, 14, and Nyalis, 9, were in a serious car accident and suffered serious injuries. Laylanie suffered a broken wrist and shattered elbow on the other arm, along with severe lacerations to her face. Her condition is stable, and she should be going home soon. Jenny, their mom, has been at Nyalis' bedside, who is still in critical condition. Nyalis suffered a traumatic head injury. Jenny has been missing work without PTO and needs to be there for her girls in their long recovery ahead.
