On May 23rd, my best friend Bridget’s mother, Jennifer, was diagnosed with a very large mass on her brain.  She has a very aggressive type of cancer called Glioblastoma.  At this point, it is non operable because it so deep in the brain and it sits on the part that controls speech and motor skills.  As of right now, she does not have the ability to move her right arm, struggles with walking, and feeding herself. She will need full-time care. The doctors told her last night that she only has about 12 months to live.  I’m hoping to raise enough money to help her with her treatments to help fight this and prolong her life.  Her Daughter Bridget is a senior in high school and is graduating in a couple of days.  She is supposed to attend college this fall but with this devastating news, she is now taking on the role of caretaker for her mother.  This fundraiser is set up to help offset the cost of medical expenses and shortfall in living expenses for Jennifer and her daughter Bridget.  If you would like to assist with their financial burden, any donation would be greatly appreciated.
